Jade Heep
Jade Heep is originally from Fredericksburg, Texas, and spent most of her life in San Antonio. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University and graduated in the top 9% of her class from St. Mary’s University School of Law in May 2018. During law school, Jade served on the St. Mary’s Law Journal, worked as a research assistant for one of her professors, and clerked with a local law firm.
She joined the Firm in August 2018 and spent the first four years of her practice litigating work injury cases. For the next two years, Jade broadened her litigation experience at a firm representing schools, nonprofits, and charitable organizations. She returned to the Firm in January 2025, bringing a fresh perspective and expanded skillset to better advocate for our clients.
Jade has presented cases in both trial and arbitration. She serves on the executive board of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association and is currently the treasurer-elect. A 2022 graduate of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Foundation LEAD Academy, she has also served on its Steering Committee since 2023. Jade is an active member of the San Antonio Bar Association and the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, and she is the 2024 recipient of the Belva Lockwood Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award.
