Know Your Responsibilities When Filing a Claim:

You have 30 days to notify your employer that you were injured while performing the duties of your job. The sooner you report your injury or work-related illness, the better.
You have the right to choose your doctor and seek medical attention but you must tell your doctor that the injury happened while working.
